ABSTRACT
O estudo analisa as potencialidades e os desafios na implantação do Plano Diretor da Atenção Primária à Saúde (PDAPS), no cotidiano dos serviços de saúde. Trata-se de estudo descritivo-exploratório cujos dados foram obtidos da aplicação de um questionário aos participantes das oficinas do PDAPS em um município da RMBH. Os resultados indicam como potencialidades a incorporação da realidade do trabalho dos participantes, proporcionando-lhes uma atualização de conhecimentos e tornando-os mais qualificados, além de proporcionar uma maior satisfação aos usuários. Os desafios na implantação do PDAPS referem-se à equipe e à gestão municipal. Evidencia-se a necessidade do envolvimento dos profissionais e o reorganização dos processos de trabalho dos serviços que compõe a atenção primária à saúde no município-cenário.
The study analyzes the opportunities and challenges of implementing the Primary Health Care Master Plan (PHCMP) in everyday health services. It is a descriptive and exploratory study, in which data were obtained by applying a questionnaire to the participants of the workshops of the PHCMP in a city in the greater Belo Horizonte metropolitan area. The results indicate the possibilities of incorporating the reality of participants' work, giving them updated knowledge, making them more qualified, and the possibility of providing greater satisfaction to the users. The challenges in deploying the PHCMP refer to the team and the management of the city. There is evident need for the involvement of professionals and the reorganization of work processes of the services that comprise primary health care in the scenario city.
